School will be dismissed on April, 8 for Solar Eclipse

After collaboration with theTexas Department of Public Safety regarding the large increase in traffic congestion expected on highways and rural roads on Monday, April 8th as a result of the eclipse that will occur beginning around 12:20 p.m., Franklin ISD will be closed all day. Our decision is based on the ability to get all students home prior to this event happening because we want every child to have the ability to view the event if possible. The District will not have to make this school day up.

RRE Partners with EPI for school supplies for 24-25 school year

RRE is Excited to announce our partnering with EPI to allow for all parents to purchase students' school supplies for the 2024-2025 school year. The website is up and running and you should receive a letter with all information in your child's Tuesday folder. We have a sample pack in the school lobby if you would like to come by and look at it.
